Dr. Courteney Lai was co-supervised by Dr. R. Keith Humphries (Terry Fox Laboratory, Vancouver, BC) and Dr. Samuel A. Aparicio (Molecular Oncology, BC Cancer Agency Research Centre, Vancouver, BC), graduating in 2017 with a PhD in Experimental Medicine at UBC with her thesis on Insights into leukemogenesis in a MN1-induced leukemia model. She continued her career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Hannover Medical School in Hannover, Germany. Since 2021, she returned to Vancouver, Canada and now works as a Research Scientist at AbCellera.
